Brand Development + UI/UX Design

A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project and before final files are delivered. Two rounds of revisions are included in the project scope. Any additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate of **$15 USD per hour**. Project timelines may vary depending on the responsiveness of the client. The client agrees to provide feedback, approvals, and requested materials in a timely manner in order to maintain the agreed schedule. The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials and content required for the project. This includes, but is not limited to: brand information, briefs, brochures, catalogs, flyers, product or service descriptions, images, videos, animations, and any exclusive audiovisual content required for the design process. If such materials are not provided, stock assets may be used when appropriate. The designer is not responsible for creating or inventing factual brand information; all content must be based on accurate information provided by the client. If the client fails to provide the required materials or information, the project may be paused until the necessary inputs are received. In the case of websites or mobile applications, once the wireframe has been approved, structural changes to the layout or user flow will not be included in the design phase. Any structural modifications requested after wireframe approval will be billed as additional work at the standard hourly rate of $15 USD per hour. If the client decides to cancel the project at any stage, they agree to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date. The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables. However, the designer retains the right to display the work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials. Final files will only be delivered once full payment has been received. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. The designer’s liability is limited to the total cost of the project. Any changes to the project scope may affect both the project timeline and final cost. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ecuador. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with Ecuadorian law. Approval of this quote indicates that the client has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
