I led the redesign of Tantra Love Hotels’ digital experience, transforming the brand into a premium, modern, and aspirational platform. The goal was to elevate its perception beyond the traditional motel concept and position it as Ecuador’s first true Love Hotel experience.
Through a cinematic visual direction, immersive suite showcases, and a mobile-first structure, the website was designed to drive desire and fast decision-making. Every section balances sensual aesthetics with strategic conversion flows, turning exploration into booking.
Scope of Work
Problem.
Tantra needed a digital experience that reflected its repositioning from a traditional motel concept into a more elevated and destination-driven Love Hotel brand.
The previous perception lacked distinction and did not fully communicate the atmosphere, exclusivity, and experiential value the brand wanted to offer.
The challenge was to create a website that felt immersive and sophisticated while reinforcing Tantra as a memorable place rather than simply accommodation.

I designed a website experience that translated Tantra’s new positioning into a refined and visually immersive digital platform.

Visual identity adaptation for digital application
Layout hierarchy and storytelling structure
Typography and composition refinement
Section organization for clearer navigation

Creation of a more experiential and premium visual language
The goal was to make the website feel aspirational, atmospheric, and aligned with the emotional nature of the brand.

Process.
The process began by understanding the repositioning strategy behind Tantra and how the experience should feel emotionally.
I explored ways to shift the perception from functional hospitality to a curated, destination-oriented experience.
Special attention was placed on pacing, visual rhythm, and image hierarchy to create an interface that felt immersive without becoming overwhelming.
The design process focused on balancing sensuality, elegance, and usability — allowing the website to communicate atmosphere while remaining intuitive to navigate.

The redesign strengthened Tantra’s positioning by presenting the brand as a more elevated and experience-driven destination.
The final result improved visual consistency, enhanced emotional perception, and created a more memorable digital identity.
The website now communicates exclusivity and design intention more clearly, helping reinforce Tantra as a place associated with atmosphere and experience rather than only lodging.
The project also established a stronger visual foundation for future digital communication.

Visual Direction.
This is not a conventional hospitality website. It is a digital experience engineered to differentiate Tantra from competitors in Quito and across Ecuador. While others focus on functionality alone, Tantra’s platform focuses on perception, aspiration, and emotional connection.
The result is a cohesive ecosystem where brand, space, and service converge. The website doesn’t just present Tantra — it elevates it, positioning the brand as Ecuador’s first true Love Hotel destination.
